Vijay Deverakonda was recently at a multiplex in Mumbai's Andheri for the trailer launch event of 'Liger'. On the occasion, the actor was wowed by the love and affection showered on him by attendees, most of whom came across as enthusiastic lovers of the Rowdy Star.
Even after the event was completed, the fans followed the 'Arjun Reddy' actor to catch a glimpse of him or to shake hands with him. Vijay's security guards and bouncers had a tough time controlling the crowds. Even producer Charmme Kaur was seen trying to control the over-joyed spectators.
Going by a video that is doing the rounds on the Internet, the 'Geetha Govindam' actor enjoys a high amount of popularity in North India. He has been moving in Mumbai, the citadel of the Hindi film industry, since 2019 or so and has got many friends there. And with audience there showing massive interest in him, it seems the actor is going to pull off a smash hit with 'Liger', which hits the cinemas on August 25.
