Bollywood Baadshah is a moniker that goes with Shah Rukh Khan. The superstar is bracing up to entertain the audience through 'Jawan', the Atlee directorial. The 'Mersal' and 'Bigil' director is wielding the megaphone for the pan-India flick.
On Friday, Red Chillies Entertainment unveiled the film's First Look, also revealing that the film is going to arrive at the cinemas on June 2 next year. Besides the title and SRK's probable characterization, nothing much is known about the project.
The project has been in the works for more than two years now. Billed as a spectacular event film, 'Jawan' has SRK in an intense character. The video glimpse accompanying the first look is indicative of his ordeals and challenges. He wraps his face in bandages, probably to mislead his enemies.
"This film is a universal story that goes beyond languages, and geographies and is for all to enjoy. Credit goes to Atlee for creating this unique film, which has also been a fantastic experience for me as I love action films," SRK today said.
