Telugu Kala Samitha in Kuwait held 'Suswara Thamaneeyam', a musical concert fronted by SS Thaman, on June 3. It was a successful event graced by thousands of music lovers.
Held at the American International School in Maidan Hawally, the event featured renditions by noted singers such as Sri Krishna, Prudhvi Chandra, Saketh, Manisha, Harika Narayan, Roshini, Sri Sowmya, and Surthi Ranjani.
More than 1,500 music lovers enjoyed the songs in rapt attention.
Indian Embassy Community Affairs and Association's first secretary Kamal Singh Rathod graced the event as the chief guest. "The Telugu Kala Samithi has got a history of more than 34 years in Kuwait. Its endeavours and initiatives are highly commendable," he added.
Telugu Kala Samithi's Executive President Sai Subba Rao thanked Thaman and his troupe. He praised Thaman's work and also remembered SPB and Sirivennela.
The sponsors, too, came in for thanks. Almulla Exchange and Subhodayam Properties are the key sponsors.
