Akkineni Nagarjuna was today there at the pre-release event of 'Sardar' in Hyderabad. The star actor is presenting the Telugu version of the spy actioner via Annapurna Studios.
Speaking on the occasion, Nag commented that actor Karthi has carved a unique image for himself despite being a superstar's brother. "Suriya is a superstar. Yet, Karthi managed to come out of his elder brother's shadow and show his individualism on-screen over the years. Only two other stars have managed to do that: they are Megastar Chiranjeevi's brother Pawan Kalyan and Shiva Rajkumar's brother Puneeth," Nag said.
'Sardar', directed by PS Mithran, has got Raashi Khanna and Rajisha Vijayan in key roles.
The film will head to theatres on October 21 in both Telugu and Tamil.
