"I have won your hearts over many summers, but this summer you will witness my UGRA ROOPAM (sic)," tweeted Allari Naresh, announcing the new release date of 'Ugram'. The film will be released in theatres on May 5.
Going by his tweet, the hero will be seen in an out-and-out furious role. With films like Nani's 'Dasara' proving at the box office that there is a lot of potential for action dramas, 'Ugram' is going to hit the cinemas as a BO favourite. Naresh returned to form with 'Naandhi' in 2021.
'Ugram', directed by Vijay Kanakamedala, has its story written by Toom Venkat, while Abburi Ravi is its dialogue writer. Sricharan Pakala and Sid are into music and cinematography, respectively. Its first song, 'Deveri', rendered by Anurag Kulkarni, was released recently.
Naresh will next be doing a film bankrolled by Rajiv Chilaka on Chilaka Productions. Starring Faria Abdullah as the heroine, it is directed by Malli Ankam.
