Tamil actor Mansoor Ali Khan today doubled it down by saying that his 'rape scene' remarks were not gross. Recently, he said that he had wished for a rape scene with Trisha Krishnan in 'Leo'. His comments stunned and shocked many, particularly Trisha, who has since drawn the support of the likes of Megastar Chiranjeevi.
On Tuesday, Khan hosted a presser in which he vehemently stood by his cheap and crass remarks. "In cinema, rape means not real rape. I didn't say anything wrong," the senior artist said. He brazenly called the members of the Tamil industry body Nadigar Sangam as fools and ignorant idiots. "The people of Tamil Nadu are with me," Khan further added.
Now that Khan has refused to apologize to Trisha, it seems the National Commission for Women and the Tamil Nadu police have a stronger case against him. Khan's only hope against being punished under an IPC section is that the legal process is dead slow in India.
