Lyca Productions and Superstar Rajinikanth recently reunited once again after ‘2.0’ and ‘Darbar’. The production house is producing the 'Jailer' star's 170th movie.
The news is that director TJ Gnanavel of 'Jai Bhim' fame has roped in the legendary Amitabh Bachchan for an undisclosed role in the movie. Big B is doing another major southern movie: 'Kalki 2898 AD', starring Prabhas.
Besides, 'Pushpa' actor Fahadh Faasil has also been roped in.
Rana Daggubati is another star who will be doing a crucial role. The announcement about his inclusion was made today. The makers described the 'Baahubali' actor as dapper, super cool and charismatic.
Produced by Subaskaran, Thalaivar170 will have music composed by Anirudh Ravichander. In recent days, the project has seen three new additions: Mollywood actress Manju Warrier, 'Guru' fame Ritika Singh, and Kollywood starlet Dushara Vijayan. A few more artists are going to be enlisted for this big-ticket action drama.
Rajini will next be seen in a cameo in 'Laal Salaam', directed by his daughter Aishwarya. The film will hit the cinemas for Sankranthi 2024. Vishnu Vishal is its hero.
