'Devil', coming with the tagline 'The British Secret Agent', is directed by producer Abhishek Nama. With dialogues written by Srikanth Vissa, the film is going to hit the cinemas on November 24. The spy thriller has Samyuktha Menon as the heroine.
The news is that Malvika Nair of 'Yevade Subrahmanyam' fame is playing a political leader in this period actioner. Manimekala is her name in this Nandamuri Kalyanram-starrer.
Malvika was recently seen in 'Phalana Abbayi Phalana Ammayi', followed by 'Anni Manchi Shakunamule'. The 'Kalyana Vaibhogame' actress, in an interview, said, "Slice-of-life cinema is my most favourite type. For me, novelty is very important. As an actor, I want to do something different every time. I would be bored playing a bland part."
Coming back to 'Devil', the film features an ensemble cast. Recently, a Sid Sriram-crooned song titled 'Maaye Chesi' was released. It was composed by Harshavardhan Rameshwar.
