Chendur Film International is making a film titled 'Hitler' with Vijay Antony as the hero. Starring Riya Suman as the female lead, the film's First Look poster is out.
Billed as an action-thriller, the film is helmed by Dhana. "This one is high on commercial elements. You can expect elements as contrasting as suspense and romance," the makers today said. Gautham Vasudev Menon, Charanraj, Reddinn Kingsley, Vivek Prasanna, and Aadukalam Naren (seen in today's 'Peddha Kapu 1') are playing different roles.
Although the genre may not overtly label the film as a vigilante drama, the filmmakers' explanation of the title's rationale implies a different narrative. There is a hint that India will be projected by the film as a dictatorship masquerading as a democracy.
Vijay Antony will be seen in 'Ratham' on October 6. The Kollywood movie's promotions are on.
