In fact, no other major cine star in the entire country made it a point to thank both the PM and the UP CM. Incidentally, both Modi and Yogi are seen as the biggest Hindutva icons of our times.
Chiru could have thanked only Modi, given he is the PM and his government ensured that the consecration ceremony becomes a national affair. He didn't have to thank Yogi.
After the Padma Vibhushan honour to Chiru, an impression is gaining ground that the 'Waltair Veerayya' actor is now completely in the fold of pro-BJP celebs/civil society sections. He wanted everyone to know it subtly by thanking both Modi and Yogi in his Ram Mandir tweet.
