Shruti Haasan is fed up with a particular question that female actors are often asked by the media as well as fans. The 'Veera Simha Reddy' and 'Waltair Veerayya' actress has been asked when she is going to get married. Taking to Instagram on Wednesday, the star heroine said that the question is silly in today's modern times. "It is 2024. Please stop asking women these silly, unevolved questions. Some of us do whatever makes us happy," Shruti, known for 'Gabbar Singh' and 'Race Gurram', wrote.
In the past, she was in a relationship with artist Shantanu Hazarika.
The actress was last year seen in Natural Star Nani's 'Hi Nanna' in a cameo. 'Salaar' was her most important release of 2023. She will also be seen in its sequel, 'Salaar 2', set to go on the floors soon. She will team up with Adivi Sesh for a Telugu-Hindi bilingual this year. The film, titled 'Dacoit: A Love Story', will hit the cinemas in 2025.
