Actor Vijay Deverakonda, who is currently doing a film with Gowtam Tinnanuri, has toured the US with his family members. Together with 'Baby' and 'Gam Gam Ganesha' actor Anand Deverakonda, he was accompanied by his father Govardhan and mother Madhavi.
The response has been fab. The Telugu-speaking community there greeted him with fervour. The 'Geetha Govindam' actor was there to attend an event organized by the American Telugu Association (ATA) as a guest. He later graced a women's organization meeting as a guest.
The actor was visibly pleased by the reception and the display of his posters by his fans. "I am happy to be a guest here. It's a pleasure to meet and talk with our Telugu community here. Thank you for the love and affection you show me. Many Telugu people came to the US for studies as well as jobs. We are currently facing a recession, but stay strong everyone. Better days are ahead. I also want to say hi to the aunts and uncles who came to America for their children," he added.
The actor's film with Gowtam Tinnanuri is produced by Sithara Entertainments. He will also be doing a film with producer Dil Raju; the same is directed by Ravi Kiran Kola. He was seen in 'Family Star' in April this year.
