'Game Changer', directed by Shankar and led by Ram Charan, is produced by the Dil Raju-Shirish duo. The film will be released in theatres in September.
Amazon Prime Video has put out the film's synopsis. "An honest IAS officer battles political corruption through fair elections to change the game of governance," the streaming giant said.
Going by the plot related to the conduct of free and fair elections (possibly Shankar has some populist solutions in store), it would have helped had this film been released in January this year or in early April. It will be interesting to see what the extended storyline is going to be like. Will Charan go on to assume political office? Let's wait and watch!
Starring Kiara Advani as the heroine, the commercial drama co-stars Anjali, Samuthirakani, SJ Suryah, Srikanth, Sunil, Naveen Chandra and others. S Thirunavukarasu is its cinematographer, while the music is by Thaman.
The film's first song or a glimpse video will be released soon, on the eve of Ram Charan's birthday.
