In the year 2003, Jr NTR bought a parcel of land on Road No. 75, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad. He bought the land from one Geetha Lakshmi.
Years later, Tarak received notices from five different banks to repay loans allegedly taken on the land documents. Apparently, Tarak was shocked to learn that Geetha Lakshmi had mortgaged the land and acquired loans from different banks by allegedly submitting fake documents. The banks asked the actor to repay the loans.
In 2019, based on a police complaint filed by the 'RRR' actor, a chargesheet was filed by the police.
In the latest instance, the Telangana High Court has decided to hear the case on June 6.
The first song from Jr NTR's 'Devara' will drop on May 19. It is composed by Anirudh Ravichander. The Nandamuri actor will turn a year older on May 20.
