Venu R, who directed ‘Kotha Katha’ in Telugu and remade the same the Tamil some time ago is now directing a film titled ‘Usuru’ with a tagline ‘Deyyalunnayi..Nijam’. The film has just completed its post production works and is set for release very soon. Director Venu R claims that ‘Usuru’ will be on par with ‘Arundathi’ and ‘Kanchana’ from technical point view.
‘Usuru’ is being jointly produced by Rudrabhatla, Venugopal and Yepuri Satyanarayana under RVG Movies banner. The film stars Madhavi Latha, Subhash Royal, Abhinaya, Durgesh and Kameshwara Rao in central roles.
One of the producers Yepuri Satyanarayana said, “Venu proved his talent through ‘Kotha Katha’ and has excellently crafted ‘Usuru’. This film will be in lines with ‘Chandramukhi’, ‘Arundathi’ and ‘Kanchana’. Jaya Kumar’s music, Anil Kumar’s editing and Jayachandruni Ravi Kumar’s dialogues are the main strengths to this film. After the release of this film, Venu will join the list of top directors. The film is right now in DTS mixing. We are planning to release the film in second week of December. ‘Usuru’ is sure to attract those who have passion for horror films.”
