Venu R, who made his debut as director through unique film ‘Kothakatha’ which was also dubbed into Tamil later is now filming ‘Usuru’ which is under post production works. ‘Usuru’ has a tagline ‘Daiyyalunnayi…Nijam’. Director Venu is expecting this film to become as big hit as ‘Arundathi’ and ‘Kanchana’. Rudrabhatla Venugopal and Yepuri Satyanarayana are jointly producing the film under RGV Movies banner. The film features Madhavi Latha, Subhash Rayal, Abhinaya, Durgesh and Kameshwara Rao in lead roles.
Yepuri Satyanarayana said, “Director Venu, who proved his mettle in ‘Kothakatha’ has crafted ‘Usuru’ excellently. This movie will be in lines with ‘Chandramukhi’, ‘Arundathi’ and ‘Kanchana’. Jaya Kumar’s music, Anil Kumar’s editing and Jayachandruni Ravikumar’s dialogues are the main highlights of the film. After the release of this film director Venu will join in the top directors’ list. Right now the film is in DTS mixing work. We are making efforts to release it in the 2nd week of November. We are confident that ‘Usuru’ will impress those who love to watch horror films.”
