There are huge expectations on ‘Mukunda’ as this is the first film for Varun Tej who came from Mega Family. The much hyped film is all set to hit the screens on 24th of December. Srikanth Addala, who carved a special image for himself with ‘Kotha Bangaru Lokam’ and ‘Seethamma Vakitlo Sirimalle Chettu’, is directing the film. Nallamalupu Srinivas (Bujji) is producing this family entertainer under Leo Productions banner with Tagore Madhu as presenter.
Pooja Hegde is playing the female lead role. Mega Brother Naga Babu’s son Varun Tej starrer ‘Mukunda’ depicts the emotions and clarity the young generation had on their future.
On the eve of film’s release, producer Nallamalupu Srinivas said, “’Mukunda’ has got U/A certificate. The film has all elements which the commercial film needs. Despite being new to acting, Varun Tej has performed wonderfully as an experienced actor. Audio composed by Mickey J Meyer has got tremendous response. The film can be watched by the whole family together.”
Director Srikanth Addala said, “’Mukunda’ will prove Varun as a mass hero. He did terrific fights. Songs and trailers have got tremendous response. We are very confident that the audience will encourage us by making the film a big hit.”
Nassar, Prakash Raj, Brahmanandam and Rao Ramesh are playing important roles.
