We all know that ‘Mukunda’, in which Mega Brother Nagababu’s son Varun Tej was introduced as hero, was released on 24th of December. The film was released amidst huge expectations as this is the first film for Varun Tej who came from Mega Family. This family entertainer was directed by Srikanth Addala and produced by Nallamalupu Srinivas (Bujji) under Leo Productions banner with Tagore Madhu as presenter. Pooja Hegde played the female lead role. ‘Mukunda’ which depicts the emotions and clarity the young generation had on their future, had grand openings and is grossing as expected.
Director Srikanth Addala said, “’Mukunda’ is a good movie. That’s why it had grand openings. Generally, it is quite risky to release a new hero’s film on a non-holiday. But, we have released it on Wednesday with great confidence on the film. Audiences are encouraging our attempt. And at the same time, it is also collecting great revenue. Varun Tej praises that his screen presence is very nice. Dialogues got good response. The film is being appreciated by everyone that it is a feel good film and it can be watched by the whole family together. I thank audience for making the film a big success.”
Nassar, Prakash Raj, Brahmanandam and Rao Ramesh are playing important roles.
