It is known to everyone that Balakrishna starrer ‘Lion’ directed by Satya Deva, was released in May, this year. Director Satya Deva said that the film has earned good name and recognition to him as director. Today, i.e. on September 19 Satya Deva is celebrating his birthday.
On this occasion, Satya Deva said, “Balakrishna has given to me an unforgettable opportunity. This birthday is very special to me. Balakrishna starrer ‘Lion’ is the reason behind that. After super hit film like ‘Legend’, Balayya did this film. He trusted me and given me the opportunity to direct him. I’m thankful to him and the producers for having given me the opportunity. I’m satisfied that the distributer and producers are also very happy. Meanwhile, Balayya himself told me that audience and fans will remember his Godse role in ‘Lion’ forever. It has given me immense happiness. Another interesting thing on my birthday is I’m going to direct Balakrishna for another film. Balakrishna will announce the details of the film.”
He added, “’Lion’ will be remade in Hindi. The latest we hear is that Akshay Devgan is ready to play the lead role in the remake. His father Veer Devgan watched ‘Lion’ and appreciated that it is intellectual movie. Currently, talks are going on for the Hindi remake. Between, I’m doing a film with another hero who scored success recently.”
