Trisha Krishnan has been selected that the new celebrity advocate of UNICEF. Of late Trisha does not have much films in hand. Responding to this the actress said that she was elated. She also promised that she will do her bit. The actress will have to create awareness and campaign about issues relating to children.
Trisha says that she will work with the Tamilnadu Government for this cause. She will spread awareness about child health and make people conscious about nutrition and rights of the child. Trisha will also deal with undernourishment issues and will try to eradicate defecation in the open.
