Matinee Entertainment of 'Kshanam', 'Ghazi' and 'Gaganam' fame is currently producing Chiranjeevi’s 'Acharya' and King Nagarjuna’s 'Wild Dog'. The production house is also bankrolling a thriller in the direction of Swaroop RSJ of 'Agent Sai Srinivasa Athreya' fame. On Thursday, a new project was launched with Sree Vishnu as the hero.
The banner's 9th film is going to be directed by Teja Marni of 'Johaar' fame. Touted to be a comedy caper, the film was launched today in the presence of producer Anvesh Reddy, the lead man, actress Amritha Aiyer, director Vivek Athreya and others.
The film's story and screenplay are by Marni, while dialogues are by Sudheer Varma P. Priyadarshan Balasubramanian and Jagadeesh Cheekati are taking care of music and cinematography.
VK Naresh, Sivaji Raja, Subba Raju, Devi Prasad, 'Rangasthalam' Mahesh, Raj Kumar Chowdary of 'Raja Vaaru Rani Gaaru' fame, Chaitanya of 'Middle Class Melodies' fame are part of the cast.
