Nithin said that he was not impressed with the casting of Bheeshma when director Venky Kudumula approached him. He had already acted with Rashmika in Chalo. Most of the cast and crew was the same. Nithin did not want to encourage this repetition.
But Venky Kudumula had already signed Rashmika and he convinced Nithin that this was a great pairing. Nithin then started shooting for the film. He got along well and loved this pairing. In future if they all team up again, Rashmika will be his first choice he added.
Rashmika on the other hand says that she is happy to have done this film. He guarantees that the audience will love it too. Bheeshma will be releasing on the 21st of February.
