Telangana Cinematography Minister Talasani Srinivas Yadav today said that he is aware of the difficulties faced by cine journalists and that he will work towards resolving them. Film Critics Association's new office-bearers, mainly President Prabhu and others, today called on the Minister.
The new office presented a petition to the Minister. "It has been 50 years since the FCA was formed. We urged the Minister to grace the Golden Jubilee celebrations of our Association," the members said.
They also urged the Minister to work towards giving accreditation cards, health insurance, pension and housing to film journalists. "I have complete grasp over the issues faced by cine journalists," the Minister said.
On the occasion, Prabhu exchanged pleasantries with the Minister. General Secretary P Rambabu was also present. Nagendra Kumar Vasumarthi, Hema Sundar, DC Suresh, Mallikarjun and Kumar were also present.
