Natural Star Nani's recent comments on the ticket price issue in Andhra Pradesh have made the likes of YCP leader Kodali Nani upset. Anil Kumar Yadav, the AP Minister, too, has criticized Nani (also Pawan Kalyan). In the wake of these developments, ace producer Dil Raju has tried to make an appeal on behalf of the 'Shyam Singha Roy' actor.
"For two years, Nani's film was not released in theatres. 'V' didn't release in theatres because I insisted that we should go for a direct OTT release during the lockdown in 2020. 'Tuck Jagadish', too, was released on OTT directly because its new producer didn't have an option," Dil Raju said.
The producer added that Nani's words were distorted by the media ahead of the theatrical release of 'Shyam Singha Roy'. "When the situation is not calm, you have to be careful," he added, urging everyone to empathize with Nani's pain.
