'Liger' is up for enormous openings on Thursday in Telugu. The advance bookings are showing signs of maintaining the momentum over the weekend.

More than ten years ago, Bunny happened to tell the 'iSmart Shankar' director that Hollywood filmmakers don't shy away from writing male leads possessing physical or psychological limitations. This made the 'Pokiri' director think of a protagonist with a stammering problem.
In 'Liger', Vijay Deverakonda stutters a lot. Director Sukumar must have enjoyed listening to the anecdote, considering his 'Rangasthalam' protagonist was differently-abled.
