Director Sashi Kiran Tikka is happy that 'Major' is both a theatrical blockbuster and an OTT hit. When it was released in theatres on June 3, the Adivi Sesh-starrer made profits. It has been streaming on Netflix to a robust response in Hindi and Telugu not just in India but also in Pakistan, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka.
Tikka, who debuted with 'Goodachari' in 2018, felt he needed to throw a bash to share his joy with his film industry colleagues. His party was attended by 'DJ Tillu' actor Sidhu Jonnalagadda, whose 'DJ Tillu 2' was announced recently.
Also seen were Prakash Raj, who played Sesh's father in 'Major'. Composer Sri Charan Pakala, producers Naga Vamsi and Abhishek Aggarwal, actor Abijeet, and others were also present.
'Major' is produced by GMB Entertainments, A+S Movies and Sony Pictures.
