'Stand Up Rahul', starring Raj Tarun and Varsha Bollamma, hits the cinemas this Friday. Speaking at the movie's pre-release event, the guests wished the team all the best. Mega hero Varun Tej was conspicuous by his presence as the chief guest.
Raj Tarun, who has played a stand-up comic in the film, said that it was great working with yesteryear actress Indraja, senior artist Murali Sharma, comedian Vennela Kishore and others. He thanked his co-star Varsha and also director Santo. Describing 'Stand Up Rahul' as both a family entertainer and a rom-com, the 'Orey.. Bujjiga' actor sounded confident.
'F3' and 'Sarileru Neekevvaru' director Anil Ravipudi lauded Raj Tarun for being the same person since he made his acting debut with 'Uyyala Jampala'. He also said that the director of the film is clear-headed. Ravipudi also praised Sweekar Agasthi's music.
Chief guest and 'Ghani' actor Varun Tej revealed that he had listened to the story of the film because he was considered for the lead role. He praised the director and also the film's actors. He referred to Varsha's OTT hit 'Middle Class Melodies', which was out in 2020. Varun Tej also said that 'Stand Up Rahul' seems to have got excellent visuals and music.
