UV Creations is gearing up to release the trailer for 'Miss Shetty, Mr Polishetty' on August 21 (Monday). The buzz is that Anushka Shetty, playing a titular role, will not be present on the occasion. If the buzz in the industry is anything to go by, the 'Baahubali' actress will not do any videographed promotions. She won't be participating in media interactions either.
The entire burden now lies on Naveen Polishetty to promote the September 7th release. While the 'Jathi Ratnalu' actor is popular, Anushka is a superstar in her own right. Her absence, for whatever reason (there are some rumours that haven't been confirmed officially), will be sorely missed during promotions.
These are the days when celebrities are doing a whirlwind of interviews and TV appearances. The 'Nishabdham' actress is staying away from all that.
The film will be released in Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, and Kannada. Anushka is the only face from the comedy-drama whom the non-Telugus recognize.
