Dil Raju's Sri Venkateswara Creations and Sukumar's Sukumar Writings are producing a youthful entertainer titled 'Selfish'. Starring Ashish Reddy of 'Rowdy Boys' fame as the hero, the film went on the floors in December last year.
Marking Ugadi, the makers unveiled a poster in which the hero is seen with a devil-may-care attitude. "A selfish hero who wants life's sweetness but not life's sourness and bitterness," director Vishal Kasi said, putting out the poster.
Set in the backdrop of Hyderabad's Old City, the entertainer will hit the cinemas later this year. Its co-producers, Harshith Reddy and Hanshitha Reddy, are fresh on the success of 'Balagam'.
Manikandan S is its director of photography. Kiran Kumar Manne is helming the art department. The music department is helmed by Mickey J Meyer.
