'Papam Pasivaadu', starring singer Sreerama Chandra as the protagonist, will stream on Aha Video from September 29. Its recently released teaser established the male lead as a perennially confused youngster who comes off as a spoilt brat. On Saturday, the film's trailer was released by The Weekend Show.
Touted to be an "unforgettable, laughter-filled journey", the comedy series spans five episodes. Co-starring Gayatri Chaganti, Raashi Singh, and Srividya Maharshi, the show is billed as the story of a coming-of-age youngster named Kranthi.
From the looks of it, the situational comedy arising from the lead man's muddled thinking and chaotic ways will leave the viewer in splits. Gracing the trailer launch event today, 'Colour Photo' maker Sandeep Raj described the series as a rib-tickling rollercoaster ride filled with romance and comedy.
Produced by Akhilesh Vardhan, the series is directed by Lalith Kumar. Jose Jimmy (music), Gokul Bharathi (cinematography), Aishwarya Rajeev (costumes), and Vijay Makkena (art) have worked on 'Papam Pasivaadu'.
Meanwhile, the third episode of the Vishwak Sen-hosted 'Family Dhamaka' started streaming on Aha last night.
