Rakul Preet Singh has opened up about the prevalence of nepotism in the Hindi film industry. Appearing on a podcast, the heroine of big-ticket films like 'SPYder' and 'Nannaku Prematho' said that she has lost out on some offers due to nepotism. In other words, star kids have snatched away offers that were supposed to be hers.
Saying that she is never bitter because of the lost opportunities, the actress added, "My dad would share his experience in the army, and it taught me not to fixate on things beyond my control."
Rakul was clearly talking about her Bollywood experience. Down South, there are no actresses from star families to snatch her opportunities away from her.
Earlier this year, Rakul Preet got married to Bollywood actor-producer Jackky Bhagnani. In April, she inaugurated her maiden restaurant in Hyderabad. 'Aarambham' is the name of the restaurant. She was seen in the July 12th release, 'Indian 2'. Nithiin's 'Check' and 'Konda Polam' in Telugu, 'Chhatriwali', 'Doctor G', 'Runway 34' and 'Thank God' in Hindi are some of her recent projects.
