Deepika Padukone is going to play the female lead in #Prabhas21, which will be directed by Nag Ashwin of 'Mahanati' fame. The 'Padmaavat' actress said that she is "beyond thrilled" to be a part of this movie and that she believes it will be an "incredible journey".
Prabhas has become a Pan-India Superstar with 'Baahubali' and 'Baahubali 2'. Though 'Saaho' failed to make an impact in the Telugu states, the Hindi version did very well, collecting more than Rs.100 crores at the box-office. Many Bollywood actresses have expressed their wish to pair up with Prabhas. Given her height and beauty, Deepika would surely make a good pair with Prabhas and fans would be looking forward to seeing them both on screen.
