Megastar Chiranjeevi, releasing the trailer for 'Republic', today said that Sai Dharam Tej is recovering fast at Apollo Hospitals in Hyderabad. The 'Acharya' star added that 'Republic', which is directed by Dev Katta, will be released in theatres on October 1 as per Sai Tej's wishes.
"He is recovering well. It's his wish that his movie comes out on October 1," the 'Godfather' star tweeted.
His tweet puts to rest all speculations about the possible postponement of 'Republic'. Starring Ramya Krishna, Jagapathi Babu and Aishwarya Rajesh, the socio-political drama has the Mega hero as a District Collector. The 'Prati Roju Pandage' actor may not be available to promote the movie before its theatrical release.
